The Matriculation program at our NARA Campus provides a strong academic base for students entering secondary education. With dedicated faculty, modern classrooms, and practical learning, the program focuses on conceptual clarity and exam excellence. Programs Summary

Duration

The Matriculation program is of two years duration. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi conducts terminal examinations upon completion of 9th and 10th year sessions.

Recognition

This program is accredited by BISE Rawalpindi and is fully recognized across Pakistan for further education and employment in both the public and private sectors.

Intakes

Admissions open each year after the Middle Standard Examination results. Students who are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.

Class Timings

Classes are held from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) between 08:00 a.m. and 02:30 p.m., ensuring productive study hours and academic consistency.

Attendance

As per the policy of Indus Wings Group of Colleges, a minimum of 85% class attendance is compulsory throughout the session to maintain enrollment as a bona fide student.

Student Assessment and Evaluation

Along with regular class tests and assignments, three internal examinations are conducted annually to prepare students comprehensively for the Board examinations.

The Computer Science Group is ideal for students with a passion for technology, logic, and innovation. It replaces Biology with Computer Studies, introducing programming concepts, data handling, and practical computing skills at an early stage. Students gain a solid academic base for ICS and future careers in software engineering, IT, and digital sciences. The program promotes analytical reasoning, creativity, and hands-on learning through computer labs and digital projects.
The Biology Group provides a strong foundation for students who aim to pursue careers in medicine, healthcare, or biological sciences. The curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, experimentation, and observation through modern laboratory work. Students learn about the living world and the principles of life that prepare them for F.Sc (Pre-Medical) and other science-related fields. This group builds the analytical and research mindset essential for future doctors, scientists, and healthcare professionals.
The Humanities Group caters to students who wish to explore social sciences, arts, and human development. With subjects like Civics, Education, and Islamic Studies, this group helps students understand society, culture, and communication. It develops critical thinking, writing, and public speaking abilities — essential for future studies in FA, media, psychology, or education. The program encourages moral values, creativity, and leadership for well-rounded personal growth.
