After completing the program, prospective teachers will be able to:
Gain insight into the basic knowledge of education.
Internalize conceptual understanding of selected disciplines.

The Bachelor of Studies in Education (2 Years) program is designed to equip prospective teachers with essential educational knowledge and skills. It also provides content knowledge in the selected disciplines within three streams:
Candidates having an Associate Degree in Education with at least 45% marks in the Annual System or 2.00 CGPA on the scale of 4.00 in the Semester System from any recognized university/DAI are eligible to apply.
In pursuit of our vision, the Department struggles to provide quality education at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, so as to produce high-caliber graduates who will play leading roles in their chosen careers; in industry, the professions and academia. Our students will be selected on intellectual merit, regardless of gender, race and physical disabilities. We aim to cultivate a well-balanced portfolio of research of the highest quality with a wide range of interests.
